  • Condition: As is typical with many of the antique Chinese pieces, where applicable some of the hardware may have been replaced. There is general wear, and may be some shrinkage and age cracks that is typical for a piece this old, especially considering the climate difference. We feel these flaws add to the character of the piece and are preferable to replacement during restoration, Sometimes it is necessary to repair or replace certain components of the furniture, but that is typically done with antique wood. We try to be as clear as possible in the photos attached, however we are limited in the number of photos we can include, so it may not be possible to show every detail.     If you are planning on picking up this piece at our Charlotte, NC warehouse, please contact us and schedule a pickup time as we are open by appointment.
    This small cabinet has a  panel top that is flush with the frame on all sides.
    The front has 2 plank doors in the center, and a pair of panels on the side of each door.
    The edges of the front frame have molded edges and the doors and panels are recessed back from the framework.
    The finish has been left in it well worn finish, which adds to it's charm. Their are some hints of a yellow on the front frame with some blue green on the doors and panels.
    The small size of this piece allows it to be used in many areas, such as a bedside cabinet or end table. It also would make a wonderful vanity with a vessel sink, as shown in one of the photos. Note: sink and faucet not included.
