Purchased from ADART located in laguna beach CA. The placard on the back is coming off it was only glued on.

The print was cut so it’s edges are NOT symmetrical nor are they straight. There is two tears on the side of the print 2” in length and 1/2” in width. There is a crease in the middle of the tear.
