Large Hand Painted Antique Chinese Sideboard

Description

Over 7 feet long, this large antique sideboard  was found in Gansu province, located in northwest of China with rich history and culture. It was restored by the skilled craftsman. The painting this sideboard demonstrates the artisan’s commanding skill of shui-mo (水墨, "water and ink") also loosely termed watercolour or brush painting. With red squares as a frame, 3 two-paneled doors are transformed into 3 beautiful traditional Chinese painting. There are 3 compartments, 2 shelves in each with one removable shelf. The clear lacquer is applied to protect painting and wood. Ample of storage space as an entertainment center.
